DAP® 100% commercial kitchen 100% silicone sealant is a 1-component chemically curing material ideal for sealing in commercial kitchens and is approved for food zone areas. Certified by NSF to NSF/ANSI standard #51. It is safe for incidental food contact. When cured and washed, the product meets FDA Reg 21, CFR 177.2600. It provides a durable, waterproof seal with minimal shrinkage. It offers long-lasting flexibility and excellent adhesion. Once cured, it is unaffected by temperature extremes (-40 to 400 deg F). Cured sealant is mildew-resistant. Interior use.
